Who is responsible
Thryve, a marketing agency run by Ioan Barber and [Seb full name TBC], is responsible for the details you send through this website. You can reach us at [business email TBC].
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we receive your name, email address and anything else you choose to add: the services you are interested in, your website and your message. The site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your enquiry, arrange a call, and, if we work together, to run that work. The lawful basis is your request to hear back from us, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
Who else handles it
The form is protected against spam by Cloudflare Turnstile, and your request is delivered to our inbox using Cloudflare and Resend, who process it on our behalf. Nothing is sold or shared for marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not turn into work are deleted within 12 months. If we work together, records are kept for as long as the law requires for business and tax purposes.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you by emailing us. If you are unhappy with how your data is handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
